使用tiup reload 镜像缺少相关文件

看日志是卡在生成PD配置阶段，大概率是镜像文件损坏或缺失了。建议按下面步骤排查：

  1. 先检查tiup镜像完整性：
tiup mirror repair
  1. 如果还不行，清理本地镜像缓存重新拉取：
tiup mirror set https://tiup-mirrors.pingcap.com
tiup clean --all
  1. 或者直接指定版本重装tiup：
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://tiup-mirrors.pingcap.com/install.sh | sh

  1. 确认目标机权限，reload需要tidb用户对部署目录有写权限。

  2. 如果单节点卡住，试试只reload该PD节点：

tiup cluster reload rd -N 10.56..:2379

大概率是本地缓存问题，先试tiup mirror repair，不行就清缓存重来。

tiup reload 在生成配置时缺镜像文件，说明本地或离线源里没有该版本组件包。补全对应版本的 server 包后再 reload，或检查 tiup 镜像目录是否拷全。不要只重试同一条命令。

#1、切换镜像
tiup mirror set https://mirrors.pingkai.cn/tiup

#2、清理损坏缓存manifest
rm -rf ~/.tiup/manifests/*

#3、刷新tiup自身
tiup update --self
tiup update cluster

#4、重新执行reload
tiup cluster reload rd -N 10.56…:4000

故障发生在 tiup 工具端，还没下发配置到远端 TiKV 节点。

重装 tiup 没用。你 -N 只指定了 :4000 那个 tidb 节点，但 reload 会重渲染全集群配置，所以报错才落在 tikv 上。

换 mirrors.pingkai.cn 镜像，清 manifests 缓存再 reload 就过
