SHOW PLUGINS
SHOW PLUGINS 显示 TiDB 中已安装的所有插件，包括每个插件的状态和版本信息。
Note
该功能在 平凯数据库云服务 Starter 和 平凯数据库云服务 Essential 实例中不可用。
